You don't... what you do is upload then somewhere else, and then LINK to them from here
(you use someone else's disk space for you image collection, not ours  ;D )

Expanding some-what on Ians comments - upload your pics to  a site like "photobucket". Copy the "img" file that is shows up under each uploaded file and paste that into your post.
