distributor

I have a series 3 88 petrol fitted with a 90 2.5 lt engine,(1980) i need to replace the distributor which is a lucas 45D4 type, I have been quoted ?150.00 but have seen other distributors for a defender2.5 at ?25.00 would these fit mine ? help
