Looking to see whats out there engine wise.

My Series 3 Petrol has had starting issues since i got i-
After reconditioning the starter it now seem its the fly wheel that needs replaced and unable to source a replacement.

Therefore looking for a replacement engine.

Preferably an easy drop in and go.

Please help save this landy if i cant get a cheapish fix its off to the big ebay in the sky for the green machine.
Alternatively if any one would like to make me an offer as a going concern please pm

I have a 2,5 petrol complete in Stirling which came out of a 90, and was running when it was taken out.  I've not had a need to use it as the motor I was going to fit it to was sold.

I will have a series 3 petrol engine going to a fee to a good home if you need it, only thing is its sitting ready to come out of the land rover but i have no crane to lift it out with. The engines a rebored, reconditioned item it's been taken out to 2500cc. It started to develop a rattle but i'm converting it to a diesel so never bothered investigated it. Should have it out in a couple of weeks.

Hi joe I have a engine crane in burgh if u want a loan of it . Are you not tempt to put a Tdi under the bonnet .
