ive decided to sell my 1997 defender 90 300tdi pickup as I need something bigger to carry my tools.
MILES = 192,000 odd
BODY = rust free bulkhead, rot free chassis (never welded) doors dented but bottoms have surface rust and no holes. ifor Williams type top fitted, heavy duty tow bar fitted (adjustable) body colour is red
ENGINE = regularly serviced, no smoke, slight oil leak, fuel filter recently replaced, rear half of exhaust replaced last weekend, new lift pump and replacement injection pump from a disco. timing belt done (1000 miles or so), orange silicon hoses fitted last year (original's collapsed)
MOT = DEC 2015 (roughly 1000 miles between each)
SUSPENSION = 2 inch lift kit fitted 3 years ago with braided flexi hoses, diff guards, new steering joints fitted
TYRES = 285 BFG mud terrain on genuine freestyle alloys three years ago with wheel spacers (excellent tread)
INTERIOR = new seat bottoms, matching centre console, third seat comes with vehicle, seat backs could do with replacing and head lining is droopy
new heater cable/switch and steering wheel.
