Obviously lots on the market but what do you guys suggest for a 110 landrover ? ones to avoid ?

Old man emu, de carbon, and Terrafirma are all good.
300 tdi , 3 door discovery
200 tdi 110 utility
300 tdi 90
200 tdi 110 csw
Td5 Discovery
Currently 97 Japanese import 300 tdi Discovery.

If you go for Terrafirma make sure you choose the correct weight of springs depending on your requirements. They do light, medium and heavy.
300 tdi , 3 door discovery
200 tdi 110 utility

For the past *cough* years, I've used DeCarbons.

I tried Procomps, but they just couldn't handle the hammering I gave them... my DeCarbons last years: Of the four I took off, only 1 is not reusable..... and that's because I had to cut the bottom off one of the fronts.

I've just fitted a set of Terrafirma - which seem "softer" than the DeCarbon's I've just taken off - I'll see how they go.
