just joined the forum and just rejoined the land rover ownership experience after a 15 year enforced break. look forward to contributing to the forum and hopefully getting to know you all.

it's great to be back...already got the skinned nuckles and burnt fingertips to prove it!

it's a 1980 lightweight. it's been converted to a 2.5na diesel and it cant be considered "authentic" as entirely too much has been buggered around with over the years (the dreaded checkerplate etc!)

i suspect it may be known to some of the forum members as it has lived in and around Scotland most of it's non-military life....
