Just replaced water pump on friday afternoon and went to bleed the cooling system this moring and bleed screw snapped , and when i went to get the rest of the screw out the whole thread insert part of hose fell in to the coolant. Has any one else had this problem ? and a solution to stop it happening again i do remember the the replacement brass plugs for the Tdi is there a brass TD5 version. Had to order a new top hose
and now on i'll be replacing the screw every time i drain the cooling system . Now missing out on The GRR which is on my door step
