Green Road Run 26th Sept'10
« on: September 26, 2010, 04:50:09 PM »
Good run out today. Well done to John for standing in for Sandy while he's on holiday. Does that road get longer and the hill steeper as I get older. Good to have a chat at lunchtime about events around us!
Not sure what the amount raised for charity was, but I'm sure John said it was good.
Very impressed, John, how you can stand beside a non-starting series 3 and it bursts into life.Hope it got back to Dunfermline OK. Lauryn took 72 photos so I'll send some off to Sandy.
10th Oct next!!
Geoff :)

Fantastic run today with Scotland's scenery laid out in all its glory. Fantastic weather and a wee challenge in driving the hills and bends.

Well done Mr McEwan.

Looking forward to seeing the photos

Great day out today, thanks to John for running it, Neil and Margaret for permission to visit.

Stunning scenery and weather, great company....and home in time for a beer in the garden with no midges. A winner all round.

Thanks, this is what being in a Club is all about.

If its not broken you are not trying hard enough....

Just like to give a huge thanks to John and the rest of you guys for a warm welcome and a great day out.

Hope it will be my first of many, excellent day, couldn't have asked for better weather the views were out of this world.

Once I work it out I will upload some photos.

Thanks again

Hello,

I got the series 3 running just before the breakdown folk turned up and got back to Dunfermline under my own steam!

I did post a message in the wrong place (not got the hang of this forum thing yet!).

A big thanks to Gene and his son for towing me back to Aberfeldy (I'm due you a pint!)

Cheers Mike
