Do you insure you landy through a specialist firm, so that you can use it off and on road ?
Any recomendations

I went with Adrian Flux, maybe not the cheapest but have off road cover and covers modifications. Also try Footman James, Sure Term Direct and Lancaster.

Welcome.

& maybe try.
www.premiumchoice.co.uk
or '2gether'

Off road 4x4 cover, Modified vehicles, uses and gains no NCB, limited mileage, you may be able to get an agreed value.
Will allow winches but not insure them for loss.

Many of the Brokers will be providing cover from the same Insurance company or Policy and have the same exclusions,
but the price can vary widely.

have fun.

Can't recommend Sureterm enough  ;) been with them for years. Its like the old days with them my cover gets cheaper every year. latest renewal on my converted 300tdi defender 110 is £75 with cover for greenlaning , loaded trailer, buissness and personal use and includes basic offroad non competition cover. They will tailor ur policy to ur needs and understand an old landrover is exactly that. Have also dealt with their courtesy car side of things and as promised got a 4x4 delivered within 12 hours to my door. Great insurance company.

We have had very good experiences with Lancaster. Their European breakdown cover is amazing.

Rear diff. Don't ask ....
