Not sure where I would get a kit for this. Do you have any idea of cost. I would do it if pointed in right direction
Afternoon, sorry for the delay in replying.
As far as I know there's not a kit of bits but as a guide what you need to buy new are as follows:
2 x 300tdi 110 rear stub axles (I beleive you can use D1 ones but....)
2 x 300tdi 110 rear brake calipers (L & R)
2 x 300tdi 110 rear brake caliper brackets and mounting bolts
2 x 300tdi 110 rear brake discs
A pair of 300tdi 110 rear half shafts
plus gaskets seals etc.
From a 300 tdi D1 you can use:
pair of front hubs and bearings
pair of drive flanges and end caps
I would change bearings and oil seals on the hubs!
Once you have the parts is a straight forward job to strip the 110 hubs, stubs and 1/2 shafts and rebuild with new parts.
Where about are you as it may be easier to have a look at a 300 110...
