Thats 20 spoken for already, so that looks like a plan then - I'm going to speak to their Sales Director tomorrow to just check on what guarentees they give against the delamination problems some have reported on similar badges.

I spoke with them today, the badges are made with stove enamel paint on a stainless steel backing. They have had no complaints - ever -= about delamination, They had heard of another operation that produced a similar product but by covering a printed decal with resin. That company appears to have gone bust....

So. I'll ask them to produce the artwork ( free) and if we are happy I'll place an order.

OK, First draft of the Artwork arrived today. Their first shot at it has the SLROC shield done nicely but on a rectangle of plain stainless. I've asked them to reshow with the yellow shield set against an LR green background rather than bare metal.

Cheers,

Gene.

Right folks -  I'm going to create the badge as a product in the Club shop, price £14.50 plus P&P each, so slightly cheaper than originally thought. Please now go on-line, register with the "shop" and order your badge - and preferably stump up by Paypal. In the meanwhile I'll place the order...

Sorry this scan of the Artwork is not better.... ;-(

Cheers,

Gene
