Hi
Any suggestions what I should get for my 109? I'll be replacing the springs and shocks soon enough and could do with some advice...

hi tgreer
you should take a look at the series two club forum, there's loads of info on this topic as its been discussed many times.
i think as usual it all depends on the trucks use, pros and cons for both types of springs.

This is just one answer there are many more if you search.
The forum is very helpful on the tech side of series 123.

Be aware that cheap is not cheerful with parabolics. TIC console generally seem to get a very good name, plus they come with shocks designed to work with that particular spring.

i had ticonsole parabolics on my series with procomp shocks they lasted10years before the motor was scrapped then they went on another landy , transormed the motor, a friend had a set from one of the big online mobs down south and has broken every one on the road (no offroad use)

I was looking at getting the Parabolics from FamousFour (not sure what brand) and the Monroe Gas Assisted Shock Absorbers
