hi guys

need help finding out the torque setting for the disco head bolts be for i come home from offshore i need to borrow a torque wrench and dont know what size to borrow i have a 3/8 drive but only up to 100Nm i could look in the book when i get home but i dont think they will fly one back to the beach just for me lol

they tell me the chopper costs lots of money not my problem i dont pay for it he he :P :P :D

According to the workshop manual, all bolts are tightened to 40NM to start with, in strict sequence, which is in the book, then all bolts a further 60degrees, then all bolts a further 60 degrees again, then the ten longest bolts, (1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17 and 18), a further 20 degrees.

so your torque wrench will do to start with, but I'd use a 1/2 inch drive for the rest!
