Hi All thinking of Joining the club as I have a 110 TD5 Defender,
Question is see events like the driving day is the cost of ?25 per vehicle still payable if you become a member. Or is it free to members.?
What do you get for your membership fee?
Many thanks
John

Hi John,
You get a number of things with your membership:
- This forum, which is paid by the club. Sure you can see it for free, but money has to come from somewhere. Also there are member only sections.
- Organisation and co-ordination of events, some free, some not.
- Access to events that require membership (free or not).
- The club's newsletter (when's the next one Sandy?).
- You can also buy club merchandise.
As a side effect:
- You get local(ish) people to talk to about Land Rovers.
- You get access to their knowledge and even sometime to their services.
- You can go to away weekends.
-
And you get to be part of Scotland's finest Land Rover Club!
As to the next Newsletter I'll be thinking about this shortly. As ever we have a lack of articles, especially from out competitive Members but please start sending stuff in all you budding reporters!
Kind regards,
Sandy.
