MOD has confirmed that we can have use of the "Bosnian Road" Training area at Garelochhead on Sunday 6th Dec. This is a really good run out and if the weather plays ball, some stunning views across to the "Arrochar Alps".  More detail to follow..
If its not broken you are not trying hard enough....

I've arranged to collect the keys to the MOD Training area at Garelochhead on Sunday 6th December, a great area featuring the "Bosnian Road" Driver training area, some great side routes and stunning views across to the "Arrochar Alps".   Meet on the A817 at the spot arrowed, for 10am, bring a packed lunch, camera, appropriate clothing for the weather and prepare for a great day out !

For those who have not been to Garelochhead, this si what we can expect......

In response to a recent question, (and the one just posted above) can I remind everyone that Green Road Runs are only open to Land Rover (and Range Rover) vehicles - club insurance requirement!

I believe it's public liability, and also covers club officials, organisers and landowners against 3rd party claims resulting from club -organised events

Event got cancelled after everyone arrived.
Key holder had a deep water related breakdown on route.

Some of us went up the shandon hill instead and had a cracking day
