« on: April 27, 2015, 10:13:39 PM »
Hello,

A quick update for your diaries - this years Mudmaster Navigation Trial will be held over the weekend of the 3rd & 4th of October 2015 (and not as detailed on the clubs printed calender, that was issued at the start of the year before the date had been finalised).

I am sure more details, entry forms and requests for help will be issued by the organisers in due course - we will keep you updated as information comes in.

Best regards,

Dean

Please find below a link for the regulations and entry details for this fantastic event.

The event will include a road safety test, on-road observed driving, driving tests, navigational tests, and road trim vehicle (RTV) trials. A simpler Green Road event will take place which excludes orienteering and trials tests, but includes navigation on roads and forest/farm tracks.

So, there are 3 classes to choose from - Standard, Modified and don't forget that Green Road class too.

The application form is within the Regs which you should complete and send off as soon as possible to ensure your entry.

Of course marshals are key to the successful running of the event so if you can help in any way, at any point over the weekend please let Alex Lindsay know on 01506 854827.

Dean - do you have an idea of running order for sites?  Just that I fancy coming to spectate around 1100 on Sunday morning and was wondering where I might find say, a RTV section?

Thanks in advance, Alan.

I've PM'd you - I think they will be somewhere in Fife on Sunday.

Alternatively, contact Alex Lindsay and he will give you a Marshalling post at an RTV around that time  ;)
