Hello,

I just got a new alternator in my disco td5, everythings working like it should except the mileage reading on the dashboard. It's flashing on and off, does anyone know how to stop it or why it's doing it?

That is an indication that the mileage stored in the dash is different to that store in the ECU. You will need to get it put on Testbook,Nanocom or a Hawkeye to sync it.
Whats your location? I'm just outside Falkirk and have a Nanocom.

I'm based in Dunfermline, but work in Grangemouth. If your Nanocom is able to sort it I'd be willing to pay, its driving me daft!!!

That would be great, thanks I should be round about 2ish give or take getting lost!!

I work down at the container dock, which I suppose makes me a docker (no one belives this when I tell them!!!)
