Easy unless some clown has chemically bonded the damn bolts in place.
If its not broken you are not trying hard enough....

Looks fairly straight forward , do I need to bleed the brakes ?

Yep, you'll need to bleed once new calipers are fitted then a wee top up!

I'd also suggest investing in a set of hose clamp pliers, the plastic orange kind, they're a few bucks from your local car parts place/halfords, just so you can clamp off the brake line just above the caliper, saves mess and means it'll be easier when you come to bleeding them as you'll have lost just a wee bit of fluid from the clamp down to the caliper.

The caliper bolt heads are 13mm multi spline, I suggest you use a 1/2" AF multi spline socket to remove the old bolts & use a 13mm socket to fit the NEW bolts which I am sure you bought with the new calipers. The bolts can be very tight and use of a 13mm on them for removal can result in rounded bolt heads and a very long day!

Look out for shearing the pipe as you undo the union. If you don't have a flaring tool, either a gargae or a club member can help.
12point socket to remove the bolts, either 13mm or 1/2"
