Got a box earmarked now so looking for the final pieces to V8 my 2.5TD 90 ....

I planned to cut out the engine mounts from the discos chassis and weld them on in the correct place - but as the saying goes you cant weld rust - i think some spirited hill starts would see the engine rip its self out the disco.

Where would i find weld on engine mounts ? - they dont look too complex i could Fab them i guess but id like to get the right part if availible to make things easier for me.

its a 3.5 v8 from a 1990 disco and an lt85 box if that makes any difference.

I know these are 200 tdi mounts but... looking at this they are damn near the same  just in a different location.  Is this correct ?

I'd be tempted to just cut them out of some burly box section to suit, that's a lot of cash for what you're getting.

you are probably right - it is alot of cash for what you get - i cant weld rust but i sure as hell can copy rust !
