Urgent Will my Disco 1 300Tdi Steering rod fit my Defender 300tdi?

Will my Disco 1 300Tdi Steering rod fit my Defender 300tdi? I had a sight mishap.... :(

If you mean the one from steering box to left hub no because drop arm is different,unless you use the disco drop arm aswell,check out gwynn lewis 4x4 they do a conversion kit for disco drop arm onto defender just to give you an idea of the setup

The rod that runs behind the axle? (that's the Track Rod: its the one you twiddle to alter the tracking on the car)
Yes - the disco one will fit the defender.

Putting the defender one on the disco, on the other hand, it more problematic as the steering damper for the disco is on that bar.... but on the Drag Link (the one that drags the wheels around when you steer) on defenders.
