d2 bumper removal/spot light fitting?

Hi everyone another question for all u guys,i am wanting to fit spotlamps to my d2 but dont know how to remove the front bumper to fit them?
Can anyone help?

four bumper bolts (2 in each chassis leg) and four self tapping screws in each wheel arch (probably need to grind off)  hose for headlamp wash and plugs to foglamps if you have them
