Coulport Weekend
« on: August 08, 2010, 07:00:41 PM »
Just got home from a great weekend. Many thanks to Sharon, Big Eck, Stuart, All the ourse builders, all the helpers, and all the Hamilton Family. They helped us brilliantly. Weather was wet Fiday morning, but improved all the time and Saturday was a cracker, a few people got a good sun tan. The BBQ and chinese meal went down well. Also the the bonfire had a good turnout and kept eveybody warm. Franks Quiz caused a few chuckles.
Sunday was nice and from all the smiles every body had a good time.
Thanks again.

Likewise, without my vehicle but was still a really good weekend had by all. Lots of knowledge spread around so that's always good. Big thanks to all the people who mucked in and got everything running, and of course to the land owners.

On the way home we has to stop to fix someone's turbo pipe... collect jumbos dirty laundry from the car park (pulled off with back door open) and had some agressive driver in a Hyundai Santa Fe behind me on the motorway :p
