Title: disco 200tdi alternater

the question is (i already know the answer i think)

will an alternater from a series 3 2.25 engine fit on a 200tdi?

just done it on mine. Should be a straight swap. You only need the spacers in a series motor when the power steering pumps been removed. Thats what Ive got, so I had to move the alti forward to take drive off the crank pulley. Dont know if the alti output will be enough if your intending to use it in a disco though. Just chuck it in and see how it goes.

right,
the one out my series is a 34a the standard out a disco is 65a.

darn modern tech!!!
