Axel oil seals

Can anyone tell me where I can beg borrow or steal special tool for replacing front axel casing oil seals.

What is the special tool that you need?
Is it for replacing the seal for the half shaft?

Could you not just use a socket or similar of the right size to push it into place?

Do not have anything big enough, would need to purchase one of that size.

Hi I'm working in London now so only home at weekends, but if you work out what size you need I'll have a look and let you know if I've anything that might do.
