Door not working!

Disco 200TDI o/s/r door, stopped opening with either handle, have had the panel off and lubed all parts, now works from the inside but not the outside handle, is it something obvious?

Any, (mechanical), suggestions warmly received,

The rods will be worn.... generally, I just dive in with a pair of plyers and put a double-bend in the rods - you just need to work out WHICH rods to tweek :)
