Great cheers man i cant find any pics anywhere...
Had a wee look at the tank it seems fine but i canny figure oot how the sender fits in there securly....another great landy design feature lol.
Ament o be back to work monday failign starting it this wkend ill ahe just drop it into a garage count my loses.
tried messaging ya this afternoon.

Scott it should have three retaining lugs that the tapered retaining ring spins into.

I thought mine was knacked but tightened up ok. failing that bend over lugs if you have the tank out.

Thats exactly what the issue is Bill the retaining ring seems to small and does not slide unbder those tabs correctly. Im not sure if its the tank i used a drill attachment steel brush and got evryhting back to metal looks corrosion free. I just wondering if the Beamach fuel sender is actually just pants quality it sure looks like its made from recycled junk got a funny feeling beamach is slang for Britpart. Gota try find some seriouse extra power now its been sitting so long id imagine its gona fight very step of the way to fire back into life. Damn landrovers lol.
