Hi all. Glad to report that after a long break from LRs, picked up the new motor today (sold the motorbike). Was ideally looking for a 90 as used to trial/comp back in the day but have 1 year old twin boys so needed to think of practicalities. Therefore, Disco 2 seemed the logical choice. Needs a couple of bits 'n bobs doing which was what I was looking for. Planning to adapt a bit in due course but will drive around for a while to reflect on potential upgrades. At this point, thinking of tree sliders, conversion to coils at rear (and overall 1" lift), underbody protection & ATs. Might go for snorkel & steel bumpers in due course. All money of course..... Anyways, will be around events/GRRs in due course without carting a double pram across rivers, etc. (a la Callander a couple of weeks back!). Alan.
