Geoff - Re the fan kit I bought - You wouldn't happen to have the rubber saddle that the fan sensor sits in as it goes into the hose would you ?  Save me trying to bodge something.

Cheers.

Gene.

Gene,

The probe was pushed through the fins on the radiator. I'm not sure if that's correct or not

Ah, Normally the sensor is inserted into the rad top pipe - with the rubber saddle around it making a better seal where to the pipework. I'll see what I can bodge up. Thanks anyway !

Well, nada on T'internet, so I rang Kenlowe sales. Smashing people - a bag with two different sized "bridges" is in the post, pick the right one and send the other back with a couple of quid to cover p&p.
Thats what I call Customer Service !

Graeme,
I totally disagree with the sensor going in the 'Header Tank',
If you wanted that a cooling fan  comes on at 88 degree celcius say, then there is something far wrong if the coolant in the header tank had reached that temperature.

It's the front one i've got. It's a complete unit with the shafts for the wiper arms
The 110 didn't have a rear wiper.
