well guess do it cause it can be done.....freebie shares 100 inch wheelbase with rrc so guess its workable lol, and fun. who would expect a freebie body on rrc chassis with a v8 under the bonnet???

i really like it, im sad i know. wonder if the missus will let me sell our 06 td4 for this one? 

freelander/range rover kits are becoming a more common sight now, north off road do a kit now for ?3500 for self build. anything is possible now.

Would solve the recovery point issue!

It also isn't a Freelander body, it's a glassfibre kit "copy" of a Freelander (you see them advertised sometimes as mentioned above). I was a bit suspect that it might be a non-runner, it has LPG that isn't connected up, no MOT and no tax................

what do you mean its not a Freelander?
Its a 5 door Freelander metal body with the many plastic bits but certainly
not a fiberglass D-lander on a Range Rover chassis..
Last time i saw it there was no roll cage in it, looked a bit better then tho.

The D-lander body is nothing like what's on your Ebay link.
