Sadly I missed the Bathgate weekend as we took a last minute holiday down in Cumbria. The upside was that on top of a bit of Roman Wall bashing and a bit of Hill-Walking and some mediocre tea-rooms I managed to slide in a day of "proper" green-laning.  Superb !

This lane is within 15 minutes of Southwaite Services !

Looks fun. I've wanted to try that for a while and was considering leaving Mrs T in the Lake District as I believe there are green lanes there.
