I found this link that describes an autotest http://www.msa-autotest.org.uk/howto2.html. I attended last year and it was fantastic, you just need a standard land rover, there was everything from Series Land Rovers, Comp Safari Motors right through to new Discoveries. They set out two courses marked by cones in a stubble field, we were split into two groups, you then just queue to take shot of the course, I think it was six laps, then after lunch we swapped courses and did another 6 laps. If you look in the gallery or go into youtube you should be able to find some photos and  videos of the event to get a good idea.

Last year's calander entry gives detailed directions and a map to the site:http://slroc2.co.uk/index.php/events/club-calendar/icalrepeat.detail/2013/12/26/108/-/boxing-day-bash

Looking forward to this event.
Can anybody advise if children are allowed in cars for this in the same way as TYRO's?  Also, how much is this event?
Cheers,
Andrew.

Does anybody have more precise direction to the Boxingday bash than just Larbert?

Hi John, if you follow the link I posted above for last years calendar entry it gives directions, but I've pasted them here too:

Directions
From the M876 come off at J1 on to the A883 to the roundabout 2nd off staying on the A883 after a mile take the road on the left singed indoor karting the field is about 50 yards off the main road (Lochlands Loan, FK1) on the left.

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Lochlands+Loan,+Falkirk+FK1/@56.0101774,-3.8377969,1779m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m2!3m1!1s0x48887b01996e1c4f:0xa85161ef5ea52b7d

I think the entry fee last year was £10 or £15.

Cheers
Luke
