Grease works fine and is more likely to stay in the swivel!

EP90 will lube better though, if you have new swivels and seals then it is a viable option.

Seal goes in the end of the axle tube, with the inner lip facing the diff.

yeah worked it out tonight, swivel off, seal in, reassemble, only problem is the square bolt cap thing to get the grease in is on real tight, is there a special key for it?

Managed with a spanner in the past, you might get square sockets for it.

Try cleaning it up, penetrating fluid and once soaked in spanner on and hit with a nylon or rubber mallet. Its amazing what it can shift sometimes!

tryed a spanner and mallet, but just slips off, starting to round the edges, try and find a square socket

Try using the back (female) side of a 1/2" drive extension. Use a large shifter on the male square other side of the extension. Always worked for me!!

got them off tonight, used a normal socket that fitted over them real tight, so the drive train is all done now, just waiting for some propshafts to be made up

cheers guys
