I'm looking for a gearbox for my 88" V8 and just wondered what was out there in sheds and garages. The four speed LT75 that fitted at the minute is baulking badly on downchanges and has to go! Ideally looking for something that would go straight onto a 3.5 V8 although happy enough to change bellhousings. Space is limited under the car so I would need to measure first. Might consider an auto if all the bits were there. Thanks

I have I’m told is a lt76  but sure it’s a lt75 but I don’t know how to tell difference , it came off a 90” with a 2.5n/a turbo which is now in my Landy it’s sat out back on coasters with a cover over it I did check it was all free other day as was thinking of fitting it into other Landy I have if I can’t fit gearbox but think it spoil internal shaving to adapt tunnel etc so yours for £150 but must collect and be able to lift it into whatever you bring if your interested pm me

Thanks for the reply and the offer but it sounds like what I have already and it will require a different bellhousing to fit my V8, so not what I'm after. But thanks anyway.
